What’s the return policy?
We want to be sure that you love your product. If, for some reason, it does not work for you and your home, returns will be accepted within 60 days of receipt of the item. Please note that the return will be free.
What is the transit time?
It takes about 2-3 days for orders to be processed and 3-5 business days to be delivered.
What’s the shipping cost?
Shipping is absolutely free at CastleBeds.
What is the weight limit for the frames?
Weight Limits - excluding the mattress.
Twin: 300 lbs
Full: 600 lbs
Queen: 800 lbs
King/Cal King: 1000 lbs
What is the policy/process of refunds?
We have designed our products to help you create your best space, but if there is ever a time when you feel the need to make a return, we are happy to assist you. Contact us within the 60-day trial period, and we'll arrange a free return. All you need to keep safely is the original packaging. We’ll send you prepaid shipping labels to attach to the original packaging. Once the product is checked at our warehouse, we will issue your full refund!

Do I need a box spring with the platform bed frame?
There is no need for one! Our bed frames come with sturdy steel slats. No box spring required.
What is the policy for damaged/defective products?
We take great care of our products and want to ensure that you will receive them in the best condition. If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact us at support@ambee21.com and we will be able to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
Can I attach a headboard and footboard to my bed frame?
Our products aren’t designed to attach to other headboards and footboards, but exceptionally designed with timeless style well suited for any aesthetic.
Do I need assistance in assembling the products?
We recommend two people to assemble. These bed frames can be assembled at home; all tools and hardware included. Our metal bed frames are sturdy and balanced.
