Infant bedding consists of comforters, crib shams, and bumper pads.  Many people choose to add pillows to the infant’s cribbing, but today’s pediatricians don’t recommend that practice.  They also state that the crib should be free of excessive stuffed animals and thick blankets.  You should check with your pediatrician and discuss the safest form of infant bedding before deciding on a new product to try.

With kids bedding, you don’t have to worry so much.  Kids bedding is a very integral part of the bedroom.  In fact, you can choose a whole theme to decorate with, simply from your chosen kids bedding.  You can take from a theme that runs through the kids bedding, and purchase accessories for the walls, shelving, and other decorative pieces.

Choosing Toddler Bedding

Toddler bedding is in between infant bedding and kids bedding.  Infant bedding has its safety precautions, while kids bedding can be just about anything you want.  Toddler bedding has to be purchased carefully, because toddlers can still manage to hurt themselves.  Choose bedding that will enhance the room’s décor yet not pose a threat to your toddler.  Keep toddler bedding in good condition, and when it wears out, replace it with new bedding.
